"Building character!" This video features the result of a custom script that enables me to build cartoon characters swiftly and catch glimpses of the wide array of character face variation that's possible.

The script requests the selection of a layer that has marker times. With that information, I tell AE (using the script) that for every marker, it should create a comp with a character. The character is created via the generation of many random numbers and an algorithm that processes the numbers to produce various facial features.
